DMCA Policy

Shrewsbury Improved Results respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to our designated Copyright Agent.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our services infringes upon your copyrights, please submit a notice pursuant to the DMCA by following the instructions below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

To file a DMCA notice of copyright infringement, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works. This could include a URL, ISBN, or other unique identifier.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and sufficient information to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the material on our website).
  3. Contact information of the complaining party: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. To be effective under the DMCA, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated Copyright Agent and must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the URLs or other identifying information of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Subscriber's name, address, and telephone number: Your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • A statement of consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Shrewsbury Improved Results may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
